Early in 2020 the business moved up a gear when it was purchased by new owners, husband and wife team Ashley and Michaela who are determined to build on the previous good work using their experience and knowledge.
Ashley has worked in the motor industry for over 25 years after completing his apprenticeship for a major national retailer. Since then he has held various roles within franchised main dealers most recently as Workshop Manager of a busy award-winning main Dealership in London, overseeing his team of Technicians. In this role he undertook manufacturer training in the very latest vehicle and diagnostic technologies, as well as being the Site Manager for the MOT Testing scheme.
Away from the workshop environment, Ashley is also a Vehicle Mechanic with the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers of the British Army Reserves where he is able to put his proven engineering skills to good use, maintaining and repairing the large number of different vehicles the Army calls on, from the smallest pieces of equipment to the very largest armoured fighting vehicles.
Michaela has years of management experience in the travel and tourism sector, and also holds a role as a group organiser for a major tour company.
We aim to offer the very highest level of personal service for you and your vehicle. In a main dealer you may only get to speak to somebody in the office, at Paddock Wood MOT you will have the opportunity to speak with the Owner or Technicians who worked on your vehicle. Our training and equipment enables us to carry out very advanced diagnosis work where required.
We are 2 minutes walk from Paddock Wood station, which means dropping off and collecting your vehicle is as simple as can be. We also provide a collection and delivery service for those customers who are unable to get to our premises.
We are easily accessible from Tonbridge, East Peckham and all surrounding areas.
